Pizza Base Dough
Most people I know love pizza, so this is why I share my pizza base dough recipe with you. Pizza once again makes me think about the Italians, maybe for me because of the red tomato base sauce which reminds me of the Italians! Pizza is a popular family feast meal, informal, no fuss and where you see pizza, you see happy people!
This is my recipe from chef school, full of stains and marks on the original recipe, but very precious. Most people these days buy the ready-made pizza bases, but making fresh ones from scratch is not that difficult. It is wonderful to feel that elastic soft dough in your hands. If you make the pizza base dough soft enough, it will also roll out a lot easier. It is a fast food form and you can use out all leftover toppings and transform it into a lovely meal.
