12 tiny new potatoes(baby potatoes)
4 beef eye fillet steaks/sirloin or rump steak-lets, approximately 600 g
2 small green peppers(capsicums), weighing about 300 g, finely chopped
1 small red onion, about 100 g, finely chopped
1 medium red thai chilli, seeded and chopped finely
6 spring onions, chopped thinly
60 ml lemon juic(¼ cup)
2 Tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves

Boil, steam or microwave the potato until tender and drain.
Meanwhile, make the green capsicum salsa by adding all the ingredients together.
Cook the steaks on a heated and oiled grill pan or braai(bbq) the meat to your perfection.
Serve with the potatoes and green capsicum salsa on the side.
