Teriyaki sauce doesn’t necessarily need to be a sauce bought from the supermarket. With this recipe you can easily make a homemade teriyaki sauce. I came across this recipe at one of the last establishments I have worked at before leaving the chef industry. We had quite an interesting menu at the venue and I must admit I did learn a lot at the venue. From each establishment you work at, you take some to the next and so forth. At the end I have files of trusted recipes which I can now share on my lovely recipe blog The Smoking Chimney.
