The health muffins are are very healthy with its carrots, raisin and apple flavours, not to forget the chopped nuts!It is perfect for lunch bin to work or a quick healthy snack after a work out session! Also a delicious healthy snack are the brown rusks- also containing bran as an ingredient, as well as the apple, ginger and cinnamon muffins. A perfect start in the morning and the kitchen to smell delicous!
