This delicious health muffins recipe come a long way. I am very fond of this recipe as we made them at Chef School. The health muffins are are very healthy with its carrots, raisin and apple flavours, not to forget the chopped nuts!It is perfect for lunch bin to work or a quick healthy snack after a work out session! Also a delicious healthy snack are the brown rusks- also containing bran as an ingredient, as well as the apple, ginger and cinnamon muffins. A perfect start in the morning and the kitchen to smell delicous!
