This lovely honey and mustard dressing works literally with all salads- especially with Smoked Chicken Salad or with a delicious quiche as a dressing over the side salad. When I used to work at a nursery coffee shop, we had the quiche of the day served with a side salad as a dish on the menu. It was one of the best selling items on the menu and the clients used to love it. On the visual side the whole grain mustard grains give a lovely texture to the salad dressing which really looks good over the salad. You can also add some balsamic glaze, a well recommended one is Brenda's Preserves.
This honey and mustard dressing can definitely be used as a dressing for a side salad either with the cottage pie, chicken lasagna or beef lasagna.
