Ingredients:
175 ml freshly squeezed guava juice or 100% guava juice from a 1 litre box
125 ml low fat plain yoghurt or guava flavour yogurt
1 banana, peeled and sliced
125 ml chopped pineapple
4 loose strawberries - OPTIONAL
125 ml crushed ice
milk

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor, accept for the ice.

Add 125 ml crushed ice and blend on a high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add some milk if the smoothie is too thick to your liking.

Garnish with a strawberry of guava slice.
