175 ml freshly squeezed guava juice or 100% guava juice from a 1 litre box 125 ml low fat plain yoghurt or guava flavour yogurt 1 banana, peeled and sliced 125 ml chopped pineapple 4 loose strawberries - OPTIONAL 125 ml crushed ice milk
1Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor, accept for the ice.
2Add 125 ml crushed ice and blend on a high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3Add some milk if the smoothie is too thick to your liking.
4Garnish with a strawberry of guava slice.
