Having a fruit smoothie for breakfast is absolutely delicious! If you love your work-out session in the morning, then this is a great idea to enjoy afterwards. Fresh fruits such as apple, banana, pear or plum work out best and the honey on top blend in perfectly to give it a bit of a sweet taste. It took a while for me to discover fruit smoothies, but once you start with it, you can't stop with it! If you love more ideas on smoothies, try the detox chocolate smoothie, as well as the coconut smoothie or the guava smoothie. They taste best with the fresh fruit itself, but frozen blueberries can be used if fresh ones are out of season.
