It was only a little while ago that I started making smoothies. As a child I didn’t really like fruit - still a struggle today, but I manage to eat certain fruits. And I must say, I am quite pleased with my progresslaughing Thanks to my lovely husband I now drink lovely smoothies, such as this delicious coconut smoothie as well as the detox chocolate smoothie. I love it, especially more in the summer months! Together with the thought that it is extremely healthy for your body, it is not a struggle anymore to get fruits into my body. The honey or peanut butter flavours also add a lovely taste to it. After that lovely morning workout, reward yourself with this delicious coconut smoothie - you will not regret.

Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoons honey(or more to your taste)
2 Tablespoons peanut butter mixed with 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
250 ml coconut water
250 ml coconut milk, chilled

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 beautiful glasses with a funky straws and enjoy cold.
