The combination of peanut butter and banana are working beautifully together and the honey on top blend in perfectly. It took a while for me to discover fruit smoothies, but once you start with it, you can't stop with it! 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
½ cup Ceres Medley of Fruits flavour juice
½ cup double cream plain yogurt
2-3 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter
6 ice cubes
2 Tablespoons honey
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide into two glasses and serve with sliced banana on top and more honey.
