As a morning start for Women's day we had lovely coffee at D V CAFE @ Spice Route, Paarl. We ordered lovely cappuccino for a boost to fully enjoy the day that was laying ahead of us. The lovely warm fire place inside D V Cafe @ Spice Route were already running and there were laughter and joy inside the cafe. We decided to sit outside in the sun at the outside tables. We grabbed the lovely cushions to put underneath our bums and enjoyed the winter sun outside.

They have lovely cake domes displaying all their lovely cakes, chocolate brownies and muffins to choose from, as well as their own home made ice-creams as well. Their staff are friendly ( I can for sure say everywhere EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE, are friendly. Even if you walk on the lovely estate, staff greet you as they pass you. As for me, friendliness is very important. That is one thing you must have if you work in the Hospitality Industry!

We took the chocolate brownie (with the nuts option - there are without for the persons who are allergic to nuts as well, and what a good gesture!) at D V CAFE @ Spice Route.

Their cappuccino is of very good quality, as well as their cakes. It is very good portion seizes - me and my husband shared a portion - and they are not shy with their cream that goes with it!!

A few meters away are their lovely De Villiers Chocolate Tasting Room with lovely hand crafted chocolates made there on the premises itself. Do yourself the favour to visit them as well. It is extremely interesting to do the tasting and hear and see everything about the coffee they use. Also now available at selected Woolworth's Stores. I see great thing coming for D V Cafe and Chocolate Tasting!

Prices are MORE THAN reasonable!! A must go on a big budget, or a small budget!
